SKCard

SKCard is the standard content surface. It handles elevation tokens, ripple on clickable cards, and safe padding defaults so content never collides with rounded corners.

Not yet released. SKCard is planned for 1.2.0; the current published release (1.4.0-alpha01) ships SKText and SKTextField only.
